Update to WS-Context interoperability live endpoint

Here I gave the URL for our WS-Context interoperability endpoint. I'm working with one of my colleagues from Oracle on the WS-CAF TC to get the interoperability documents made public. In the meanwhile, our Retailer is available at http://services.arjuna.com:8080/jboss-net/services/Retailer and the configuration for the shopping cart is at http://services.arjuna.com:8080/wscafdemo/config.jsp.
